Pastor Daniel Rachmat came to the United States to pursue a master's degree when God changed his course of life career. Together with his wife, Xenia Leon, he moved from California to New York City in 1991 to start a ministry reaching the Indonesian community.
They had sent missionaries to plant churches in Amsterdam, Holland (1992), Boston (1993), Washington, DC (1995), Philadelphia (1997), Seattle (2003), and Scranton, PA (2004). They also founded The Channel in 2004, a means to spread the Gospel through art and multimedia in Indonesia. The Channel meets every month in Jakarta.
In 2006 the Grand Mulia Art & Culture Center was opened to serve the community of Woodside in a fun and educational way with a faith-based approach.
They currently reside in New York City and blessed with two grown up children. Click here to contact pastor.
