Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can we know the way?" Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."

Do you know that you can meet God, your Creator? Not only can you meet Him, but you can know Him, personally. You can do this through Jesus. Jesus Christ, God's Son, has provided the way, the truth, and the life by coming here to earth to die for our sins (But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. ~ Romans 5:8, NIV). But He didn't come here just to die. He also came here to rise again so that we might live the eternal life with God! What a relief...we're not worshiping a dead statue, but we're worshiping a living God!
